Regency Lodge Blackpool is a modern Independent Hospital providing high quality, 24-hour, individualised programmes of rehabilitative mental health care within a safe environment, for up to 22 male patients.

Patients may be:
- Aged 18 years and over.
- Assessed as requiring continuing rehabilitation and treatment;
- Detained under the Mental Health Act 1983
(discharge from detention does not preclude the Hospital from continuing to provide care and treatment)
Patients may not normally be accepted if they have a history of:
- Sex offending with a risk of re-offending;
- Arson with a risk of re-offending;
- A primary diagnosis of substance misuse;
- A primary diagnosis of learning disabilities;
- A physical condition that makes him too vulnerable to allow for safe management.
Regency Lodge aims to provide patients with a lifestyle that is as normal as possible given their individual health and social needs in a homely and structured environment, and to enable them to live as independently as possible with privacy, dignity and the opportunity to make their own choices, whilst assisting to rehabilitate them back into everyday life.
